One of Irelands most famous traditional Irish pubs, the Crosskeys Inn has built a reputation for it's traditional music over the years, making it one of the most famous traditional music venues in Ireland today.
As well as the many local talented musicians, members of Altan, The Boys of the Lough, De Danann, Corrib Folk, Beoga and Ioscaid are among many performers who have played at The Crosskeys Inn.
For those of you with a taste for traditional music in a traditional Irish pub in a truly inspiring setting your search has ended. Located approximately one hour drive from the Giants Causeway and 30 mins from Belfast on the main Randalstown to Portglenone road (B 52), the Crosskeys should be on the to do list for all visitors to Belfast and Northern Ireland.
We host a singer songwriter folk session on the last Friday of the month. All singers are welcome and all visitors are welcome to join in.
When in season we hold regular Eel suppers using locally sourced eels from the nearby Toomebridge Lough Neagh Eel Fishery which continue to grow in popularity every year.
