Please do not send sensitive information via this website, such as; credit card details; bank account details; your address; your date or location of birth.

We don't retain your information for any longer than we need to, though we'll hold on to your email address for occasional newsletter emails if you subscribed. We will permanently delete your email address if you no longer want to receive the newsletter by request.

The Crosskeys Inn cannot be held responsible for the security of your identity or information that you pass to us via this website or though any of the services we use.

Communications

  • Email
    You provide us with your name, email address and phone number via various booking forms which is sent unencrypted through the internet to our email inbox. We also store this information for a period of time in our database which is intended for our exclusive use and as a backup only.
  • MailChimp
    You provide us with your email address which is stored securely on MailChimp servers when you sign up for our newsletter. We periodically maintain a backup list of subscriber email addresses in our database.
  • Facebook
    On the home page and guestbook page we provide plugins from Facebook to faciliate the ease of use and accuracy of the website. You are not required to have or sign into a Facebook account to view these features. If you are a Facebook user and are signed into the social platform you will normally be able to interact with these features as per the Facebook Privacy Policy.
  • Google
    We use Google Analytics to track user interaction with this website, no personally identifiable information is sent or received.
    We use the Google Maps plugin on the contact page for ease of use and to accorately portray our location.
    We use the YouTube plugin on the home page to deliver video content from our YouTube channel.
